We have tried to compile a comprehensive list of the world's esignature legislation. A lot of the documents shown below are english translations of the original document and, therefore, are not legally submissable. We will keep this page as up-to-date as possible but Steadlands accepts no responsibility if an esignature law changes from that listed here.

The majority of the legislation listed is based on the UN's Commission on International Trade Law's (UNCITRAL) Model Law on eCommerce.
