Steadlands International to distribute UIC ecommerce equipment in Europe

Already recognised as a leading distributor of digital signature capture equipment, Steadlands International has now added a whole new range of electronic commerce and data collection components to their portfolio with their appointment as the sole European distributor for UIC. Uniform Industrial Corporation (UIC) has been manufacturing components and systems for banking, retail, access control, lead capture and auto-ID solutions since 1983 and among their latest products is the PP795 advanced PIN pad with signature capture.

This versatile payment terminal incorporates a PCI approved PIN pad and a high performance signature capture screen and secure software in a compact unit. The fully programmable PP795 features multiple payment options and advanced security technology and is capable of downloading multiple applications in order to perform other, more specific tasks.

Pre-loaded with six different languages, the EMV certified PP795 can handle PIN, magnetic stripe or smart card payments.
